Cardiac Care Affair

Trillium Health Centre - West Wing Auditorium, 11:00am – 2:00pm
The Cardiac Health System at Trillium Health Centre is hosting their 3rd Annual Cardiac Care Affair on Wednesday, February 14, 2012 from 11am – 2pm. The Cardiac Care Affair will provide an opportunity for raising cardiovascular awareness for prevention and recovery and for patients and their families to reconnect with their Cardiac team and community partners.
Purchase a heart healthy lunch, games, raffle tickets, silent auction and much more all in support of Cardiac Care. If you would like to make a donation to the event please go to https://www.trilliumgiving.ca/donation/cca.
