On May 2, more than 20 McDonald's restaurants in Mississauga will help raise funds for Trillium Health Centre by donating $1 from the sale of each McMuffin sandwich, Happy Meal and Big Mac sandwich.

Mississauga Marathon
May 4 - 6, 2012
Run for a Cause! With “A Run for Everyone,” the Mississauga Marathon provides fun for the entire family throughout race weekend. Events include the 10K Run/Walk, 10K Student Relay and “The Hazel” 5K Run which will all take place on Saturday, May 5th and the Marathon, Petrillo Law Corporate/Team Relay, Half Marathon and 2K Fun Run/Walk held on Sunday, May 6th, 2012.
New for 2012: All registered participants in the Marathon, Half Marathon, Petrillo Law Corporate/Team Relay and 10K events will receive an Under Armour performance shirt from their 2012 spring collection! We will have men’s and women’s sizes but remember to arrive early to our Runner’s Expo in order to receive your desired size.
For those who prefer to take part in the action from the sidelines, there will also be a Runner’s Expo as part of race weekend at the Port Credit Memorial Arena on Friday, May 4th and Saturday, May 5th. There’s also numerous volunteer opportunities are available!
This year, help to make a difference, when you sign up to become a part of the Mississauga Marathon, pledge for or donate to Trillium Health Centre Foundation. With your help, we can make a difference!

Get out your bikes, bring along your family and friends, and show us the hero in you! Join us on Sunday, May 27th for our fifth annual Bike 4 Betty!
When you Bike 4 Betty, you’re supporting all our patients suffering from cancer. Help us ensure they continue to get the expert, leading-edge diagnosis and treatment they deserve.
Beginning and ending at Port Credit Memorial Park in Mississauga, Bike 4 Betty has something for everyone. Choose from the leisurely 2k ride perfect for families with young children, or challenge yourself with the 100k route. In total, there are five distances to choose from: 2k, 15k, 30k, 75k or 100k!
Together, we will reach our goal
Our goal is to raise $250,000 for cancer care services at Trillium Health Centre…and we need your help to do it! Registration is FREE, and 100% of all pledges raised will support cancer care services at Trillium.
There are many ways to participate. You can register as an individual, or participate as a group with family, friends or co-workers in our Team Challenge! When you register as a team of 10 or more, you get your very own personalized team t-shirt! And there are lots of prizes to be won!
A festival for the whole family
Aside from great exercise and time with your friends and family, enjoy a barbecue, live entertainment, clowns, face painting, inflatable bouncers, pony rides for the kids and more!
